1. Can I AMEND/CANCEL my order?

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it is not possible to change or cancel the order. If you have any questions related to order please contact us by email or phone.

2. Can I track my Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will recieve an email with a tracking number and informations with the carrier. 

3. How long is the delivery?

It varies with the locations, However these are some guideline for delivery: (in business days)

  • Hong Kong address : 2 days
  • China address: 5-7 days
  • all other counteries: 7-14 days

4. Can I pick up my order instead?

Online orders can be scheduled for pickup at our office. However it is required for you to email or call us in advance.
